3. What counts as abuse

Abuse means use of a page or service that breaches this policy or applicable law. It covers content hosted on a service we provide, and the use of any domain we hold for our own business.

4. How reports are handled

  1. Reports come to contact@flvr.uk or the abuse report form and are logged with the date and time received.
  2. We acknowledge the report — see the target in our Customer Service Standards.
  3. We assess the report and, where needed, ask the reporter for more information.

5. Investigation

We review the evidence, check our records, and normally contact the customer responsible to give them an opportunity to respond or put things right. Where the issue is serious or ongoing, we may act before contacting them.

6. Suspension

We may suspend a page or service where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, or where we're required to do so. Suspension may be temporary while we investigate.

7. Termination

Serious or repeated breaches may result in the service being terminated. We may decline to work with a customer again. Charges already paid are not normally refunded in these circumstances.

8. Co-operation with law enforcement

Where we are legally required to do so, we co-operate with the police, other law enforcement agencies and the applicable registry, and we may disclose information in response to a valid request. We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. If you disagree with a decision

If we suspend or remove a service and you believe we've got it wrong, contact us and we'll review it. You can also use our Complaints Procedure.
