If you believe a page we host, or a domain we hold for our own business, is being used for fraud, phishing, malware, illegal activity or another form of abuse, please report it to us.

Abuse contact contact@flvr.uk

What happens to your report

  1. We acknowledge receipt — see our target in the Customer Service Standards.
  2. We review the report and gather the information we need.
  3. Where appropriate we contact the customer responsible for the domain or service.
  4. We may suspend or remove a service, or take other action, in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  5. We tell you the outcome where we're able to.

Abuse reports are reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable policies and requirements. Where we are legally required to do so, we co-operate with law enforcement.

Please include

  • The exact domain name or web address
  • What you saw, and when
  • Screenshots, email headers or log extracts if you have them
  • A way for us to contact you if we need more detail

If someone is at immediate risk, contact the police. If it's a UK fraud or scam, you can also report it to Action Fraud.

Not what you need?

For a problem with a service you bought from us, use customer support. To complain about how we handled something, use the complaints procedure. For a trademark or naming dispute, see domain disputes. We are not a domain registrar, so we cannot act on a domain we do not hold — see UK domain information.
